The one-time girl group artist the performer declares her pride has reached new heights regarding her physique in the aftermath of the arrival of her twin daughters.
The singer welcomed two babies her little girls Ocean Jade and Story Monroe in May together with her partner Zion Foster, who proposed to her recently.
Nelson said via her Instagram account that becoming a mother made her "realise how incredible her body really is".
Together with pictures showing her in intimate apparel embracing her twins, she expressed: "Over three decades of extreme diets, that entire period of negative self-talk wishing my belly was flatter, desiring my waistline somewhat trimmer and nearly proceeding with breast augmentation, to currently being here posing for this picture."
She continued: "I can honestly say I feel more proud than ever of my body and everything it has endured! Certainly my breasts sag more and my stomach is larger and softer - it no longer resembles its former self, but honestly it created the most wonderful present that has ever happened to me."
"If there's anything I have realized during my pregnancy of being pregnant, it is that I don't ever desire my children from feeling what I experienced concerning my appearance over decades."

Pregnancy Journey
The 34-year-old singer, delivered her twins before full term in her seventh month, having previously revealed she had experienced uncommon challenges while expecting.
In March, she revealed she received a successful procedure to stop medical issues connected to twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).
This medical situation results from irregular connecting vessels in the placental tissue that causes disproportionate blood distribution from donor to recipient, known as the donor, to the other twin, causing one child with a greater blood volume versus the counterpart.
Soon following the operation during March, she expressed: "The TTTS has resolved, the procedure worked, which is just absolutely incredible. We feel extremely fortunate to access outstanding physicians."
Furthermore she disclosed her babies had shared placenta status, signifying they share one placental organ but have their distinct amniotic sacs.
Musical History
The singer departed her band back in 2020, explaining she required to protect her emotional state.
Subsequently she clarified that internet harassment - an issue she explored in a documentary from 2019 - had left her at "breaking point".
Since leaving the musical ensemble, she has published music as a solo artist, comprising the single, Boyz, with Nicki Minaj, in 2021.
The band, including Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall, formed on the talent competition over a decade ago.
The ensemble developed multiple UK top 10 albums plus several hit singles, with hits such as their well-known releases.
In 2021, they revealed they planned to take a pause after their 2022 tour but emphasized they were not splitting up permanently.
